Sound familiar?

You've tried the quick fixes. The pain keeps coming back.

These are the stories we hear every week at our Markham clinic.

Lower back

Years of the same back pain

You've seen other therapists, but the lower-back pain always comes back.

Neck

The pillow collection

New pillow after new pillow, yet you still wake up with neck pain.

Shoulder

Told it's injection or physio

A shoulder tear or tendinitis makes reaching and sleeping painful.

Knee & ankle

Taking the stairs one at a time

Stairs, squats and long walks hurt, so you've quietly started avoiding them.

Pelvic health

Planning around the bathroom

Leaks when you cough, sneeze or exercise, or needing to rush to the toilet.

After baby

Still not right after pregnancy

Pelvic pain, a separated tummy (diastasis) or C-section scar discomfort months later.

Jaw (TMJ)

Clicking every time you eat

Jaw clicking, locking or aching, often with headaches from clenching.

Concussion

Weeks later, still foggy

Headaches, dizziness and neck pain that linger long after the knock.

Car or work injury

Still sore after the accident

A car accident, slip and fall or work injury is still affecting your daily life.

Here's the truth: rest, stretches and painkillers only ease the symptom. The pain keeps coming back because the cause was never treated hands-on. That's what we do, every visit.
